We worked with Condale Plastics, a well-established manufacturing business, to implement QR Safety as part of their commitment to improving safety, training, and operational standards across their factory and production environment.

Condale Plastics were looking for an effective way to deliver consistent training and safety information across all equipment, manufacturing processes, and production lines. A key requirement was ensuring that operatives could access the correct, machine-specific information quickly and easily, exactly when they needed it.

Using QR Safety, QR codes were installed on each machine, linking directly to custom training content for the safe operation of that specific piece of equipment. This includes safety guidance, operating procedures, and visual training materials that can be accessed instantly on a phone or tablet at the point of use.

To support this, the QR Safety team worked closely with Condale Plastics to film and professionally edit all training and safety videos, ensuring the content was clear, practical, and tailored to their exact machinery and processes.
