Established in 2009, Simple Safety Advice operates as a "critical friend" to businesses, helping them navigate complex safety regulations through services such as audits, risk assessments, CDM advisory, ISO accreditation support, and tailored training programs.
James's leadership was nationally recognized in 2022 when he received the British Safety Council’s CEO of the Year Award. This honor highlighted his proactive support during the COVID-19 pandemic, including providing clients with access to testing kits, remote audits, and mental health check-ins to ensure business continuity and workforce wellbeing.
